Once we have a great foundation, it’s time to rebuild our tissue. We strengthening and reinforcing proper body mechanics to ensure the pain never returns.
Reinforce.
Once we have rebuilt the body the way we want, it is time to solidify our progress. We don’t want this pain or issue to ever come back and make sure of it in this phase.
